SPOKANE, Wash. – The suspect accused of driving the wrong way on I-90 while intoxicated appeared in court Tuesday afternoon. Paul J. Reinhardt was arrested Monday afternoon by Washington State Patrol (WSP) after troopers received reports of a driver going the wrong way on I-90 from the Idaho State Line.
