SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Police Department discovered a fire early Monday morning that quickly spread and resulted in road closures on West 4th Avenue near I-90. Police alerted fire response teams at around 4:30 a.m. to West 4th Avenue near I-90. The fire caused closures of 4th Avenue from Brown to Division.
