New family entertainment center open in Spokane Valley

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Spokane’s newest family entertainment center is ready for takeoff.

Flight 509 has activities your kids will love and plenty of fun for mom and dad too.

It’s opening week for the new business, which means multiple deals and promotions.

The center has a multi-level laser tag arena, ropes course, arcade with 50 games and prizes, ballocity equipped with an indoor playground, zone bumper cars, a ninja warrior course, four lanes of mini bowling, and a VR Omni Arena.

There’s also a restaurant with a full menu and alcoholic drinks for adults.

The owner, Tim Homer, said he was inspired by his travels as a pilot. He wanted Flight 509 to include aspects of his favorite attractions around the world.

Homer’s whole family was a part of the creation of Flight 509, including his grandchildren. Family members of all ages had a hand in everything, from selecting menu items to the decorations.

Opening week for the locally owned business is happening now. From Monday through Wednesday, attendees can expect deals every day.
