SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Deputies arrested a man who slammed a stolen car into the wall of a business. According to the Spokane Valley Sheriff’s Office, 20-year-old Damien Ocacio tried to break into a business near North Farr Road and East Main Tuesday night. After failing to break in, Ocacio drove away. Deputies said that he later came back, only to fail again.
