SPOKANE, Wash. — Police officers and SWAT have surrounded a home in east central Spokane on Monday evening.
As of 8 p.m. on April 29, police officers and SWAT have a heavy presence at a home near South Nelson Street and East 4th Avenue in east central Spokane.
