SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Fire Department recovered one body from the Spokane River and is searching for others. The call came in from a witness on scene around 6 a.m. Fire crew confirmed there is a car floating in the river. SFD closed East Upriver Drive from North Ralph Street to North Green Street.
