Another teen arrested for drive-by shooting at Chief Garry Park

SPOKANE, Wash. — A third teen has been arrested for a drive-by shooting at Chief Garry Park Tuesday night.

Spokane Police say the 17-year-old was arrested at his home Wednesday night for drive-by shooting and first-degree assault.

The boy is the third suspect to be arrested in the incident that occurred Tuesday night. SPD says an argument led to the shooting at the busy park. No shooting victims have been located.

SPD already arrested another 17-year-old and 18-year-old Hunter T. Simmons.

SPD says the investigation is ongoing and more arrests are possible.
