Where children can get free meals this summer in Cheney and Airway Heights

CHENEY, Wash. — Children and teens in Cheney and Airway Heights can eat free breakfast and lunch throughout the summer, thanks to the Cheney Summer Food Service Program.

This summer, kids ages 1-18 can eat free-of-charge at three sites spread across Cheney and Airway Heights.

The free meal program is offered through Cheney School District #360.

All food must be eaten on site, and one fruit, vegetable or grain may be taken offsite to eat later.

Breakfast is offered Monday through Friday at all three sites from 8 a.m. – 9 a.m., and lunch is offered from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
