Spokane Police Department arrest man after he carjacked a woman’s car and fled from police

SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Police Department (SPD) arrested a man who it says carjacked a woman’s car and fled from police on Sunday. According to SPD, police responded to reports of a carjacking at Corbin Park (2900 block of N West Oval St.) at 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 25. Police say a woman reported that a man got into her car after she stepped out and took off, dragging her while she was holding onto the car.
