SPOKANE, Wash. – At least one person was shot near Monroe Street and Mansfield Avenue Thursday afternoon.
According to Spokane Police, a man was shot during a fight with a man he claimed was his brother in the area around noon Thursday.
The victim was conscious and taken to a local hospital.
The area around where the shooting happened was blocked off while police conducted their investigation.
