SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Police Department (SPD) arrested a man after a domestic violence incident involving a weapon. According to Spokane police, on Wednesday, August 7, officers responded to a domestic violence call at West Main Avenue around 9:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found the victim with lacerations from a knife.
