SPOKANE, Wash. – A 6-time convicted woman was recently arrested after Spokane County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop and found a loaded gun and drugs in her car. Sommer Smith, 39, was arrested on Tuesday near Whistalks Way and Elliot Drive after officers stopped her for not having a valid driver’s license.
