AIRWAY HEIGHTS, Wash. – Travelers on westbound U.S. Highway 2 through Airway Heights at Lyons Road should expect delays due to construction. The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) reports that the Kalispel Tribe, through contractor Garco Construction, will shift westbound lanes to a new configuration for the third phase of roundabout construction. Starting after 7 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 16, the two westbound lanes will move north to the newly constructed part of the roundabout, with completion expected by 5 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17.
