SPOKANE, Wash. – ONE Spokane Stadium is preparing to host the three-day Great Outdoors Comedy Festival, an event that boasts big-name and local comedians. The Spokane Public Facilities began setting up for the event on Thursday, August 22 and says the setup will be different from the most recent music festival.
