Local coffee shop collecting donations for back-to-school shopping

SPOKANE, Wash. – Mudslingers, a drive-thru coffee shop in Spokane, is hosting a Back to School Bash to collect donations for Giving Back Spokane.

The goal is to raise money for students to be able to go back to school shopping.

Mudslingers has invited anyone to join the fun on Friday, August 23 from 12 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. You can grab a free 16 oz drink during the bash too!

For any donation over $100, Mudslingers said you’ll be given free range pass for Sharp Shooting Spokane.

“We are accepting monetary donations for back to school shopping for Giving Back Spokane and our friends from Whalley Law Spokane will be there with us accepting school supply donations for Northeast Youth and Family Service,” Mudslingers wrote on their Facebook page .
