SPOKANE, Wash. – A car crash on US 195 near East Meadow Lane Road caused traffic delays Sunday morning. The collision took place at around 10 a.m.. Repaving projects have already caused slowed traffic in the area, with Sunday morning drivers navigating around both repaving signage and the crash site.
