SPOKANE, Wash. — An STA vehicle flipped and is blocking traffic in north Spokane Wednesday morning.
The van tipped over around 10 a.m. on N. Maple Street near W. Francis Avenue.
Drivers should expect slowing in the area.
The driver of the bus was the only person on board and suffered minor injuries.
