Popular Spokane bookstore relocates, reopens

SPOKANE, Wash. — Page 42, a local Spokane bookstore, held its grand opening at its new location Saturday.

A long line formed outside the bookstore, which aims to make reading affordable with an average book price of just $3, having relocated to the corner of Euclid Avenue and North Crestline Street.

Owner Emily Peterson expressed her excitement about the relocation, noting the enthusiastic response from the community. “We moved in a matter of weeks. We only closed for two days. And then this morning we had a line at the door when it was time to open, which is just the best feeling in existence,” Peterson said.
