Labor Day turns cloudy with a few evening storms – Matt

Cloudier and slightly cooler for Labor Day

A short cooling trend begins as we end the holiday weekend.

Temperatures will cool off on Labor Day, but along with the cooler air comes clouds and a chance for thunderstorms. You shouldn’t have to change your Labor Day plans though. Storms won’t appear until the evening.

What We’re Tracking

  • Cloudy skies for more than half of Monday
  • Isolated thunder around the Palouse Monday night
  • Dry thunderstorms won’t drop much rain; could start new fires
  • A cooler Tuesday in the low 80s
  • 90s return with later in the week
