One of the suspects in shooting near Gonzaga campus enters plea agreement

SPOKANE, Wash. – One of the suspects involved in the shooting near Gonzaga University, which resulted , has been sentenced. According to Spokane County Court, 18-year-old Devin Billy McEwen reached a plea agreement last week. The attempted murder charge was dropped, but McEwen was charged with first-degree robbery, drive-by shooting and attempting to elude police. He was sentenced to four years and five months in prison, followed by 18 months of parole.
