Paving project to close I-90 Indiana Avenue off-ramp next week

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Starting next week, the I-90 off-ramp to Indiana Avenue will be closed while construction crews work on a paving project in the area.

According to the City of Spokane Valley, construction will begin on Monday and is expected to last around 6 weeks.

The project, titled the Indiana Avenue Preservation Project , will extend the concrete pavement on the east side of the Indiana Avenue and Sullivan Road intersection about 800 feet.

During construction, Indiana Avenue will be reduced to one lane in each direction and the I-90 off-ramp will be closed.

The city said the I-90 off-ramp to Sullivan Road will stay open and Indiana Road can be accessed that way.
