SPOKANE, Wash. — A vehicle crash on US-395 partially blocking traffic from entering the southbound offramp to north Hatch Road has been cleared, according to Washington State Patrol (WSP).
The crash involved a pickup truck and a commercial dump truck, said WSP.
Serious injuries have been reported.
