SPOKANE, Wash. — If you’re looking for a reason to celebrate, enjoy a piece of birthday cake today in honor of One Spokane Stadium’s first birthday!
On September 26, 2023, One Spokane Stadium officially opened and became home to the Saxons, Tigers, Wolfpack, Pirates, Highlanders, Velocity and Zephyr.
In its first year, 62 soccer and football games were played in the stadium and attended by over 22,000 fans.
The Spokane Zephyr and Velocity also drew quite the crowd, selling over 30,000 tickets.
Other events, like concerts and comedy shows, drew over 25,000 attendees.
