SPOKANE, Wash. – The “Just Between Friends” resale event is taking place at the Spokane County Fair & Expo Center this weekend. The Fair & Expo Center will be packed full of new and used children’s clothes, toys, shoes, books, baby and maternity gear and more. Clothing and shoe sizes will range from infant to tween sizes.
