LIBERTY LAKE, Wash. — The Liberty Lake Police Department is asking for help locating a missing 17-year-old boy.
According to police, Javier Seaman-Buckenberger was last seen Wednesday, September 25. Police say Javier has had minimal communication with his family since telling them he would come home from a friend’s house.
LLPD says Javier requires medications for mental health and is suspected of using controlled substances.
He’s described as 5’08”, 190 lbs., black hair, and brown eyes. Javier was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt with a flag design and bright multi-colored shoes.
Police believe Javier may be in Spokane, Spokane Valley, or Liberty Lake.
