Spokane County Sheriff’s deputy who shot man in Spokane Valley won’t be criminally charged

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – A Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Deputy who shot a man in Spokane Valley last year won’t be criminally charged. The Spokane County Prosecutor said deputies responded to a home at 6815 E. 10th Ave. the night of November 14, 2023. The prosecutor’s office said a woman was at the home with her on-and-off boyfriend, and the two had a history of domestic violence, along with a no-contact order against the boyfriend, Dallas Robinson. The prosecutor’s office also said Robinson had an arrest warrant for violating the no-contact order.
