SPOKANE – On October 5th, 2024 just before 9:00 PM, Spokane Police Department responded to the area of 5600 East Upriver Drive on a report of a missing person. Officers were advised a female who suffers from night blindness was last seen in a wooded area about an hour prior. Officers were also advised that the missing female was roughly a mile and a half away from their location.
