SPOKANE, Wash. – Downtown Spokane Partnership is celebrating local businesses this week with “Back to Downtown” events. Running from Monday to Friday, each day will have its own theme. Coffee shops, restaurants, wineries and bars are participating in the programming, which will include “mix-n-match Monday” and “sports Friday.”
