SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Traffic is backed up in both direction of I-90 at Flora Road in Spokane Valley Friday afternoon.
According to Department of Transportation, the crash is blocking the left two lanes of eastbound I-90 and the left lane of westbound I-90.
Drivers should expect significant delays.
