SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Police Department (SPD) is asking for the public’s help in locating a person of interest in connection with a death investigation. According to a press release from SPD, the incident occurred Wednesday in the area of West 9th Avenue. Police are seeking Amber Zeober, 37, in connection with the case.
