SPOKANE, Wash. – A local waitress received a heartwarming surprise just before Christmas when a complete stranger gave her a generous tip on behalf of the community. Amber Bryant, a waitress at The Boiler Room, served Ashley Pollastrini, a fellow mom going through a tough time. Pollastrini had just moved out of her house and was managing things on her own.
