Man dies in Deer Park crash, speed and DUI suspected

DEER PARK, Wash. – Spokane sheriff’s deputies responded to a deadly single-vehicle crash in Deer Park during the morning hours of April 4.

The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) said in a release that District 4 firefighters arrived at the scene in the 800 block of S. Main Street where the SUV crashed into a large sign.

SCSO said the adult male driver, who was the only person in the vehicle and not wearing a seatbelt, was extricated by firefighters and transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead…
