SPOKANE, Wash. — Over a thousand tulips are starting to bloom near Riverfront Park in downtown Spokane.
Downtown Spokane Partnership (DSP) planted 1,200 tulip bulbs in hexagonal planters on Spokane Falls Boulevard during a cleanup event in October. Those bulbs are now starting to bloom for both residents and visitors to enjoy.
