SPOKANE, Wash. — A second teen was charged Tuesday in Spokane County Superior Court, accused of joining two other teens in assaulting one homeless man and throwing a Lime scooter in the direction of another.
According to an affidavit of facts filed with the court, Tyler Thompson (17), Kage Mathews (17) and a third teen began throwing glass bottles of vodka at a man who was laying down under a blanket near the west side of the downtown Spokane library in the early morning hours of April 25, 2025.
