Spokane community gathers to honor fallen WSP trooper, law enforcement killed in line of duty

SPOKANE, Wash. — 361 names are on display near the Spokane County Courthouse for the 37th annual Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony, honoring officers across Washington state who have fallen in the line of duty.
