SPOKANE, Wash. — A Spokane family is devastated after a precious memento created by a late, beloved family member was stolen from their yard.
The birdbath was made by Abby Brown’s grandfather who has since passed away. It was something her mother and their entire family cherished.
“It was really special to my mom,” Abby said. “When she told me that it was gone, she was really, really upset. It was the only thing she had that he had made her. He wasn’t an artist or anything like that, but (he) enjoyed welding. It was really one of a kind.”…
