Man intervenes to stop woman being assaulted in Spokane Valley

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Police arrested a man after a Good Samaritan stopped him from beating a woman in Spokane Valley on Wednesday morning, according to Spokane County Sheriff’s Office.

Around 10 a.m. on May 7, Spokane Valley deputies, along with Liberty Lake Police and SCSO, responded to a call about a man pointing a gun at a car near North Conklin Road and East Sprague Avenue.
