SPOKANE, Wash. — Construction will soon begin on a new affordable housing development in Spokane’s Hillyard neighborhood.
On May 22, Thrive International, a local organization that works to support Spokane’s refugee and immigrant communities, will host a groundbreaking ceremony to kick off construction on a new socially-conscious affordable housing development.
