SPOKANE, Wash. — The Outlaw Music Festival featuring Willie Nelson, Bob Dylan and others returns to Spokane this week.
The Outlaw Music Festival is making a stop at the ONE Spokane Stadium as part of its 10th Anniversary Tour on Thursday, May 22. The festival begins at 4 p.m. and boasts a day filled with music, food, drinks and shopping.
