SPOKANE, Wash. — ArtFest is back this weekend at the Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture, marking its 40th anniversary in Spokane’s historic Browne’s Addition neighborhood.
The annual festival features arts and crafts from 75 artists across the Inland Northwest, offering attendees a wide variety of handmade works to browse and buy.
