SPOKANE, Wash. — As temperatures across the Inland Northwest continue to rise, Spokane Neighborhood Action Partners (SNAP) are working to bring much-needed relief to community members in need.
“It’s not a luxury to be cool and comfortable in your home, it’s a necessity,” said Carmen Groom, the energy manager with SNAP.
