SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane Police arrested the mother of the man accused of shooting and killing 13-year-old Gavin Looper for helping her son escape the state.
49-year-old Becky A. Gibbs was arrested Thursday for Rendering Criminal Assistance.
Gibbs is the mother of Glen Dylan Burkey, who police say shot through the door of a house in Hillyard on January 25. One of those shots hit Looper in the head while he was playing video games…
