SPOKANE, Wash. – Drivers in Northwest Spokane should prepare for traffic delays as a major infrastructure project begins Monday. Crews will install a new water main to enhance reliability and support growth in the area.
The first phase of the project is scheduled to run through mid-August, with completion expected by November.
