SPOKANE, Wash. — West Elliot Drive is lined with apartment complexes. All of them had to evacuate on Tuesday after four fires sparked near TJ Meenach Bridge.
“It’s scary. It’s really, really scary,” said Heather Morris, one of the people forced to evacuate on Tuesday.
