When Kathryn Soady decided to transition out of her career as a physical therapist, she decided to take a leap into the restaurant world, opening Torra Tea in Spokane Valley in the fall 2024.
“This is really about experiential dining and having fun with things,” Soady says. “You can come and sit in these chairs and just have a cocktail and something light to eat, or come in and have a full meal, or come and have tea.”
