Spokane police issue new guidelines to handle ICE impersonators

SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane Police Chief Kevin Hall has released new guidelines in response to rising concerns about individuals impersonating ICE agents in Spokane County.

Community members expressed worries about masked federal agents, prompting Chief Hall to take action. The guidelines provide officers with instructions on how to handle such situations, including de-escalation practices.
