Teen accused of killing runner in hit-and-run near Manito Country Club pleads not guilty to all charges

SPOKANE, Wash. — The 17-year-old accused of hitting and killing a well-known member of the medical community last week has pleaded not guilty.

The teen faces charges of vehicular manslaughter, vehicular assault, failure to remain at the scene and not having a valid driver’s license.

He is accused of hitting Sarah Doxey while she was running with a friend on South Perry Street on July 16…
