SPOKANE, Wash. — Washington State Patrol and the Spokane Police Department are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing indigenous teen.
According to WSP, 17-year-old Zakaya Andrews was last seen July 29 in Spokane. It’s not known where she was heading at the time.
