Memorial service for Sgt. Kenneth Salas next weekend open to the public

SPOKANE, Wash. — The memorial service for the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Sergeant killed while helping remove a hay bale from I-90 near the Four Lakes exit is set for next week.

The service for Sgt. Ken Salas is happening on Wednesday, August 20 at 1 p.m. at the Spokane Convention Center.

The Sheriff’s Office says the service is open to the public, but public seating is limited…
