SPOKANE, Wash. — The memorial service for the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Sergeant killed while helping remove a hay bale from I-90 near the Four Lakes exit is set for Wednesday.
The service for Sgt. Kenneth Salas will begin at 1 p.m. at the Spokane Convention Center.
